SPA – Qualification reform and HE admissions
Qualification reform and HE admissions
10:30-15.30, Monday 23 November, The Studio, Leeds, LS1 4AW
Qualification and curriculum reform in the UK has wide-ranging implications for Higher Education providers. The next few admissions cycles will see a period of continuous change in UK applicants’ entry qualifications, and the impact of the reforms will be felt across many areas in institutions – from widening participation and outreach, recruitment and enquiries, to admissions and information management.
SPA’s Qualification reform and HE admissions conference will deliver expert opinion and practical advice to help you prepare your institution for the impact of qualification and curriculum reform in the UK.
Participants will hear from members of SPA’s National Expert Think Tank (NETT) on qualification and curriculum reform, and have the opportunity to network and share good practice. This will be a practitioner-led, interactive conference covering key issues including:
- The nature and scale of the reforms
- The key considerations for qualification reforms and HE admissions
- What to think about when updating your prospectus and marketing materials
- How staff and academics from across an institution can be involved in planning for the reforms
There is a charge of £100 plus VAT for participants to attend this event.
