GuildHE Annual Conference & AGM 2017: A Vision for Higher Education in 2022
GuildHE is pleased to announce that this year’s Annual Conference and Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 and 22 November 2017 at the St Alphege Building of The University of Winchester.
The conference will explore the outlook for UK Higher Education, building towards a vision for the sector at the next General Election in 2022.
A range of high profile speakers has been invited, and will be announced on the GuildHE website. In addition to keynote addresses, delegates will engage in panel discussions and breakout sessions with leading experts from across the sector.
Building on GuildHE’s commitment to student engagement, we are once again inviting SU officers to attend the conference at a subsidised rate. We are also pleased to confirm that all prices have been frozen at 2016 levels, and that discounted early-bird rates are available until 1 September.

Day delegate including dinner – £200
Day delegate – £150
Full conference – £50
GuildHE has secured accommodation for up to 60 people at The Winchester Royal Hotel for the night of the 21st November. This will be charged at £89, including breakfast (single occupancy).
GuildHE will allocate these rooms on a first-come first-served basis. Rooms will be held until 9 October, at which point any excess rooms will be released for general booking through the Hotel.
If you wish to reserve accommodation for additional nights or for multiple occupancy, we ask that you book directly with the hotel. Availability and prices cannot be guaranteed.
